Dream Holiday Finder ("we", "us") operates dreamholidayfinder.com — an AI-powered holiday research and comparison platform. For any privacy question, email privacy@dreamholidayfinder.com.

You give us: your search prompts, priority sliders, saved (loved) hotels, comparison sets, and — if you create an account — your email address and Google profile name and avatar via Google Sign-In.

Collected automatically: a session identifier, basic device and browser data, and error logs needed to keep the service running. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

We do not collect: payment card details (we never process payments directly), passport or ID data, or precise GPS location.

Your data is used to (a) run the search you asked for, (b) save your loved hotels, searches and comparisons across devices, (c) send in-app notifications when a background search completes, and (d) improve accuracy of DreamMatch recommendations.

We never sell your personal data, never share your searches with booking partners beyond the click-through you initiate, and never let commission influence which hotels we recommend.

We rely on legitimate interest to run the search product for guest visitors, contract to provide account features once you sign in, and consent for browser notifications (which you can revoke at any time in your browser settings).

We use a small number of vetted processors: Supabase (authentication and encrypted database, EU region), Google (Sign-In only), Gemini and other large-language-model providers (to synthesise search results), and public travel and review sites (read-only, via server-side fetches). None of these processors receive your email address for marketing purposes.

Guest data lives only in your browser's local storage and is cleared when you clear site data. Account data is retained while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your saved searches, loved hotels and comparisons within 30 days.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@dreamholidayfinder.com and we'll respond within 30 days. UK/EU residents can also complain to their local data protection authority (ICO in the UK).

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in an encrypted managed database with row-level security, and access is restricted to the operators of Dream Holiday Finder. We'll notify affected users of any material breach without undue delay.

Dream Holiday Finder is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We'll post material changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
