Dream Holiday Finder is decision-support software. We synthesise publicly available information from travel and review sites to help you shortlist and compare holidays. Recommendations are guidance, not booking guarantees.

Prices, availability, room types, review sentiment, travel advisories, visa rules, entry requirements and passport validity change constantly and can be reported inconsistently across sources. Always independently verify these with the official source and the booking provider before you pay. Dream Holiday Finder is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of our recommendations.

We do not sell holidays. When you click through to a booking partner (Booking.com, Expedia, TUI, BA Holidays, direct hotel sites, etc.) you become their customer for that transaction and their terms apply. Dream Holiday Finder is not responsible for their pricing, availability, cancellation policies, delivery or customer service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to create an account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — e.g. scraping, credential sharing, or attempts to overload search endpoints.

Do not use Dream Holiday Finder to (a) scrape, resell or redistribute DreamMatch scores, analyses, reviews or comparisons without written permission, (b) reverse-engineer our ranking system for commercial use, (c) submit unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, or (d) interfere with the security or availability of the service.

The Dream Holiday Finder brand, DreamMatch technology name, site design and generated analyses are owned by us. Hotel names, images, reviews and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and are used for editorial and comparison purposes under fair-use principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Holiday Finder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost holidays, missed flights, non-refundable bookings or travel disruption arising from reliance on our recommendations.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account by emailing privacy@dreamholidayfinder.com. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
